10% of Ilam Exports Sent  to Iraq

More than $158.75 million worth of commodities were exported from the western Ilam Province to the neighboring Iraq during the first four months of the current Iranian year (March 21-July 22) to register a 10% increase compared with the similar period of last year. According to Jamil Shohani, Ilam Industries, Mining and Trade Organization’s deputy for commercial and trade expansion, the exports mainly included cement and agricultural products, IRNA reported. Ilam has about 430 kilometers of border with Iraq.
