Seafood Exports Earn $50m in 2 Months

About 16,000 tons of seafood worth close to $50 million were exported from Iran during the first two months of the current Iranian year (March 21-May 21). Isa Golshahi, director general of Seafood Quality Improvement, Processing and Market Promotion Department affiliated to Iran Fisheries Organization, made the announcement.
The main export destinations for Iranian seafood were Vietnam, China, Thailand, Taiwan, the UAE, Iraq, Russian, Azerbaijan and Armenia, Young Journalists Club reported.
