Revival of Industrial Units

Some 1,150 production units in Iran’s industrial parks were revived since President Hassan Rouhani began his second term in office (August 2017) up until May 21, creating 17,753 jobs in the process, according to figures released by the Ministry of Industries, Mining and Trade .
Over the nine-month period, 16,275 establishment permits and 4,222 licenses for operating industrial units were issued, IRNA reported.
Moreover, 302,414 permits for the establishment of new sales outlets were issued by the ministry during the same period.
