SCI Reports Iran's Inflation Rates for Income Deciles

The Statistical Center of Iran has released the latest inflation rates for each of the 10 deciles in which Iranian households are categorized on the basis of their income.
The average goods and services Consumer Price Index in the 12-month period ending May 21, which marks the end of the Iranian month of Ordibehesht, increased by 8.2% for the first (those with the lowest income), second, seventh and eighth deciles, whereas it rose by 7.9% for the 10th decile (those with the highest income), compared with last year’s corresponding period.
