The Statistical Center of Iran has announced the latest inflation rates for the country’s 31 provinces.
The report shows 26 provinces posted single-digit inflation rates while western provinces registered the highest inflation rates of over 10%.
The goods and services Consumer Price Index for Kermanshah in the 12-month period ending April 20, which marks the end of the Iranian month of Farvardin, increased by 10.9% compared with last year’s corresponding period—the highest of all provinces.
CPI of Chaharmahal-Bakhtiari increased by 10.6%; Ilam by 10.3%; Lorestan by 10.2% and North Khorasan by 10%.
