Iran-Iraq Chamber of Commerce plans to send a business delegation to Erbil in Iraqi Kurdistan to attend a conference on expansion of trade ties between Iran and the Kurdish region, the chamber reported on its official website, Ir-iqcc.com.
The conference is scheduled for May 2-3. Those interested in taking part can visit the chamber’s website for registration.
Morteza Ebadi, Iran’s consul general in Erbil, told IRNA that officials from Iraqi chambers as well as Iranian officials from the Ministry of Industries, Mining and Trade and Iranian commerce chambers will be attending the conference.
