17% Rise in Exports From Hormozgan Ports

A total of 1.4 million tons of non-oil goods were exported from the eastern ports of Hormozgan Province, including Shahid Bahonar Port, to Persian Gulf littoral states and East Asian countries, registering a 17% rise compared with the year before, a provincial official affiliated to Iran’s Ports and Maritime Organization said.
“The main exported commodities included fruits and vegetables, sulfur, construction materials and salt,” Hamidreza Mohammad-Hosseini was also quoted as saying by IRNA.
