Iran-Cyprus Trade Up 76%

Trade between Iran and Cyprus stood over €11.66 million in 2017, registering a 76.13% surge compared with the previous year. 
Iran’s trade with Cyprus experienced the sixth highest growth from among the 27 member states of the European Union over the period after Croatia (with 1180.32% growth), Ireland (140.56%), Italy (96.63%), Sweden (86.15%) and France (79.64%).
Iran exported around €386,980 worth of commodities to Cyprus last year, indicating a 31.73% decline compared with the year before, based on the latest Eurostat figures shared with Financial Tribune.
Imports of Iran from the European country amounted to more than €11.27 million, showing an 86.23% hike year-on-year.
