Economic Affairs and Finance Minister Ali Tayyebnia is to visit Kuwait on Tuesday to discuss bilateral ties, IRNA quoted KUNA on Monday. Tayyebnia is scheduled to attend a meeting at Kuwaiti Chamber of Commerce and Industry to discuss investment in Iran with private sector activists and Kuwaiti investors. According to data published by Kuwait Statistics Organization, Iran ranked 14 among importers of non-oil products from Kuwait. The two countries signed an agreement on encouraging and supporting investment in 2007 in a bid to create investment opportunities for citizens of both countries.
