Malta Registers Lowest Trade With Iran Among EU States

Trade between Iran and Malta stood at around €789,660 in 2017, registering a 28.62% decline compared with 2016. 
Iran had the lowest transactions with Malta from among the 28 member states of the European Union last year.
Iran exported more than €171,000 worth of commodities to the European country in 2017, indicating an over 46% fall year-on-year, based on the latest Eurostat figures shared with Financial Tribune.
