Industrial Permits Register Growth

The Ministry of Industries, Mining, and Trade issued 13,974 permits for the establishment of industrial units during the nine months to Dec. 21, 2017, registering an increase of 16.9% compared to last year’s corresponding period. 
These permits created 315,829 jobs, indicating an 18.5% rise year-on-year, IRNA reported.  
In addition, the ministry issued 4,158 permits for industrial units to start operation during the nine-month period, indicating a 6.7% rise YOY. These permits created 68,171 jobs, registering a 19.2% increase YOY.
