A total of 16,756 public complaints were filed against goods and service providers with the industries, mining and trade organizations of Iranian provinces during the 10th Iranian month (started Dec. 22, 2017), 84% of which pertained to products and the rest to services, a report published by the Consumer and Producer Protection Organization announced.
Most of the complaints against provider of goods were related to bread, egg, fruit and vegetable. Auto repair shops, parking lots and restaurants were service centers accounting for a majority of complaints.
Most of the complaints had profiteering and unfair pricing it their core.
