Iran Business Delegation to Visit Thailand

Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, in cooperation with the Thai Embassy in Tehran, plans to send a business delegation to Thailand in February.
Headed by Gholamhossein Shafei, the ICCIMA chief, the delegation is scheduled to leave Iran on February 19 for a four-day visit to Thailand with the aim of discussing ways to facilitate bilateral trade and strengthen economic ties, the chamber’s news portal reported.
Iran exported 1.1 million tons of commodities worth $370 million to Thailand during the last Iranian fiscal year (ended March 20, 2017), and imported 620,248 tons worth $320 million in return.
