Mashhad, the capital of Khorasan Razavi Province, is hosting two international exhibitions: The 10th National Leather Bags and Footwear Industry Exhibition and the Third International Fittings, Furniture Machinery and Related Industries Exhibition.
The two events opened on Wednesday and conclude on Saturday.
“In the first expo, 50 domestic companies are showcasing their latest products such as bags, footwear, animal skin and leather products,” Ali Mohammadi, an official with Mashhad International Exhibitions Company, said.
The second event is hosting 54 domestic and international companies from Germany, Turkey, South Korea and China.
According to IRNA, the number of companies taking part in this edition of the expo has seen a 25% rise compared to the previous edition.
