Chairman of Iran-Russia Chamber of Commerce Asadollah Asgaroladi and President of Altai Chamber of Commerce and Industry Boris Chesnokov signed a memorandum of understanding in a meeting on Saturday to strengthen mutual cooperation in economic ties, research and technology.
A federal subject of Russia, Altai’s capital is the town of Gorno-Altaysk. According to Asgaroladi, banking and transaction problems, transportation and visa are the main issues hindering bilateral trade.
