Close to 7,350 tons of different kinds of soap worth more than 234.5 billion rials ($7.2 million) were exported from Iran to 20 countries during the first half of the current Iranian year (March 21-Sept. 22), figures released by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration show.
Afghanistan with nearly $4.5 million worth of purchases was Iran’s main export destination followed by Iraq, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Georgia, Mizan Online reported.
