Close to 700 tons of plastic bottle lids worth more than 105 billion rials (around $3.23 million) were imported into Iran during the five months to Aug. 22, based on figures released by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration.
The imports were made from Austria, the Netherlands, Germany, China, the UAE, the UK, Italy, Turkey, Chad, Spain, Thailand, France, Lebanon, Taiwan, India, Denmark, Poland and Canada, Young Journalists Club reported.
