More than 560 tons of liquid nutrition supplements worth close to 75.44 billion rials ($2.33 million) were imported into Iran during the five months to Aug. 22, figures released by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration show.
South Korea, Germany, the Netherlands and Turkey were the main countries from where the products were imported over the period, Young Journalists Club reported.
Liquid nutrition supplements refer to drinks providing calories, protein, vitamins and minerals, which are used to supplement a diet.
