Close to 4,650 tons of lentils worth nearly 185.8 billion rials ($5.7 million) were imported into Iran during the fourth month of the Iranian year (June 22-July 22), the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration announced.
The UAE, Turkey, Canada and Kazakhstan were the main sources of imports, Young Journalists Club reported.
