About 14,100 public complaints against goods and service providing centers were filed through the 124 hotline administered by the Industries, Mining and Trade Ministry in the fourth month of the current Iranian year (June 22-July 22). Bakeries, grocery stores, parking lots and auto shops topped the list of businesses against which the complaints were made, Gholamreza Saremian, an official with the Consumer and Producer Protection Organization, told ISNA. Saremian added that 85% of the complaints concerned providers of goods and the rest with service providers.
