Khorasan Razavi and the Republic of Tatarstan signed a memorandum of understanding in the city of Kazan in Tatarstan on Wednesday to expand bilateral economic cooperation in a wide range of fields, including agriculture, tourism and petrochemical, as well as academic and scientific exchanges. The signing ceremony was held in the presence of Tatarstan’s President Rustam Minnikhanov and Khorasan Razavi Governor General Alireza Rashidian, IRNA reported.
