The Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration is in talks with the European Union’s Directorate-General for Taxation and Customs in Brussels, Belgium, to enhance bilateral cooperation. The main topics of discussions between the two sides, according to Mehr News Agency, include electronic exchange of information, licensed business operators, educational and research collaboration, trade facilitation and a joint drive against drug smuggling.
