Low Productivity Among Iranian Workers

Each Iranian worker’s efficient working hours stand at 2 hours daily on average as per the most optimistic estimate, the Research Center of the Islamic Republic of Iran Parliament said.

The figure is as low as 22 minutes for government employees, BoursePress reported.

Discrimination in the workplace, poor management, a mismatch between workload and salary, lack of motivation and bureaucracy are some of the reasons for low productivity among workers in Iran, the research center added.
