An Iran-Armenia-Russia-Georgia business chamber will be established in 2017 with the involvement of state bodies and businessmen from the respective countries, Vruyr Penesyan, initiator and coordinator of the annual Armenian forum “Invest Armenia”, said. “Inter-parliamentary committees have expressed willingness to support the chamber. Active cooperation is also expected with diplomatic representations of the business chamber’s [member] countries,” he added. The head office of the business chamber will be located in Yerevan, ARMENPRESS reported. The purpose of the chamber is to boost cooperation among member states and act as an intermediate platform between the business world and the legislative and executive authorities.
