The Arbitration Center of Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture was inaugurated on Sunday in a ceremony attended by TCCIM President Masoud Khansari, the judiciary’s deputy for crime prevention, Mohammad Baqer Olfat, and representatives of law school faculty members.
The center has been founded with the aim of settling disputes involving Iranian economic players, merchants and entrepreneurs with their Iranian or foreign partners, decreasing contract risks and economic interaction expenses as well as creating a safer and more amiable atmosphere for attracting foreign investments, TCCIM’s news portal reported.
