Iran’s tax revenues increased by 52 percent during the first eight months of the current year compared to the same period last year, Ali Asgari, head of the National Tax Administration, said on Saturday. He added that 95 percent of the projected tax revenue over the period has been collected. Tax revenues are expected to reach nearly 700,000 trillion rials in the next Iranian fiscal year, starting March 21, 2015.
