Iran's Exports to Indonesia Up 62%

Iran’s exports to Indonesia in the first nine months of the current Iranian year (started March 20, 2016) grew by 62% compared with the similar period of last year to reach $100 million, according to Iran’s commercial attache to Indonesia, Anvar Kamari, who cited Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration's statistics. "Iran’s bitumen exports to Indonesia stood at 82,000 tons worth $19.6 million, which indicate a decline of 19% in terms of weight and 53% in value over last year’s corresponding period," he added. Iran’s main exports to the Southeast Asian country included steel, lead, sulfur, gypsum, bitumen and dates, Kamari was quoted as saying by IRNA.
