Kermanshah Exports Earn $1.4b

Over 4.3 million tons of goods worth $1.42 billion were exported from Kermanshah during the nine months to November 20, a provincial customs official said. “The exported commodities mainly included tomatoes, tomato paste, cement, household cleaning products, livestock and urea,” Khalil Heydari added, noting that they were mostly shipped to Iraq. With 371 kilometers of borders with Iraq, Kermanshah Province accounts for close to half of Iran’s non-oil exports to the western neighbor, IRNA reported.
