The cosmetics and personal hygiene products manufacturing sector accounts for 14% of the employment in Iran’s industries, according to Mehdi Sadeqi Niyaraki, an official with the Ministry of Industries, Mining and Trade.
“The sector accounts for 11% of all the investments made in Iranian industries, while accounting for 12% of all the value added in the industrial sector,” he was quoted as saying by Eghtesad Online.
