Iran exported 4.6 million tons of non-oil goods worth $2.2 billion to South Korea during the seven months to October 21. The export value during last year's corresponding period stood at only $59.7 million. Gas condensates, petrochemicals, zinc, lead, aluminum, bitumen, stone, vegetable seeds and pistachio were among the main exported commodities, according to the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration. More than 832,000 tons of goods valued at $1.9 billion were imported from the East Asian country to Iran, registering a 13% decline year-on-year. The imports mainly included vehicles, machinery, steel products, POS payment machines, cellphones, air-conditioners, auto parts and computer monitors.
