President Hassan Rouhani has announced a law that would seek “fair and balanced distribution of facilities in less-developed areas” across the country. The president ordered his office for planning and strategic supervision on Saturday to execute the law, which was approved by the parliament one month ago. The Guardian Council also ratified it on November 2. The law was carved out in accordance with the Article 123 of the Constitution.
