The Federation of Consultants from Islamic Countries (FCIC) and Iran’s Industrial Management Institute (IMI) are preparing to hold a workshop in Tehran on November 25 with a focus on “sustainable engineering,” the PR office of the IMI reported Sunday. The event is aimed at improving business environment of engineering companies. Discussing the factors that inhibit sustainability of development, creativity, and management practices are on the agenda. The workshop will also teach the attendees how to expand their business capacities in cooperation with the FCIC. Today 130 consultant engineering companies from 23 countries receive consulting and training services from the federation’s branches in 10 Islamic countries. The federation seeks to develop and improve the performance of member companies through the exchange of knowledge and experience.
