Iran exported 518,400 tons of non-oil goods worth $309.3 million to Italy during the seven months to October 21, registering a 10% decline in value compared with the similar period of a year before. Steel products, petrochemicals, animal skin, water heater, pistachio and carpet were among the main exported commodities, Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration reported. Meanwhile, 82,000 tons worth $599.5 million were imported from the European country to Iran, which indicates a 15% rise in value year-on-year. The imports mainly included industrial machinery and parts, human and animal blood, vehicles, pharmaceuticals, paper and printing devices.
