Iran exported 147,500 tons of non-oil goods valued at $154.4 million to Spain during the first six months of the current Iranian year (started March 20), registering an 18% increase in value compared with last year’s corresponding period, the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration reported. Steel products, saffron, raisins, pistachios and carpets were among the main exported commodities. Some 139,000 tons of goods worth $164.2 million were imported from the European country to Iran, recording an 84% hike. The imports mainly included vehicles, grain, pipes, fertilizer, olive oil, machinery, corn fodder and fruit.
