Iran exported some 952,000 tons of non-oil goods worth $372.5 million to Pakistan during the first six months of the current Iranian year (started March 20), registering a 31% increase in value compared with the similar period of a year before. Petrochemicals, bitumen, gas, lead, vegetable seeds, carpets, pistachios and tiles were among the main exported commodities, the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration announced. More than 195,000 tons of goods valued at $195 million were imported from the neighboring country, which indicates a 71% rise year-on-year. The imports mainly included rice, cows, fruit, sesame, chickpeas, beans and lentil.
