Iran exported about 7.2 million tons of non-oil goods worth $3 billion to Iraq during the first half of the current Iranian fiscal year (started March 20), registering a 3.3% decline in value compared with last year's corresponding period. The exported commodities mainly included chemicals, air conditioners, tiles, petrochemicals, cement, urea, fruit, vegetable, fish, meat and dairy products, the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration reported.

More than 13,700 tons of commodities worth $21 million were imported from the neighboring country during the same six months, which indicates a 27.5% drop year-on-year.

Aluminum, industrial parts, machinery, razor blades and dairy product were among the main imports.
