Iran exported more than 13,000 tons of goods worth $8.5 million to Singapore during the first six months of the current Iranian year (started March 20), registering a twofold rise over the similar period of a year before. Petrochemicals, carpet, pistachios, binoculars, raisins and dates were among the main exported commodities, the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration reported. More than 332,200 tons of goods worth $222.4 million were imported from the East Asian country, which indicates a 22% decline year-on-year.
