Iran is determined to encourage foreign investment as more foreign trade delegations travel to Iran to explore new opportunities here, director of Iran’ Organization for Investment and Economic and Technical Assistance, Mohammad Khazaee, Said on Monday.“Foreign investors bring financial resources and technology here, and help us promote exports and manufacturing, which can ultimately lead to the creation of more jobs,” he was quoted by IRNA as saying.Khazaee said, “Growth in foreign investment, particularly when it is coupled with the domestic investment, will boost the national economy and the industrial output.”Khazaee said that the government’s other plan is to support domestic production, which he said would also “play a key role in attracting foreign investment.”
