Iran’s Small Industries and Industrial Parks Organization and the German state of Baden-Württemberg signed a 5-year memorandum of understanding to share technology and exchange trade delegations on Monday. “Our cooperation will start from auto spare parts manufacturing and expand into oil, gas and petrochemicals,” said the head of Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economy, Labor and Housing Department of SMEs and International Markets, Hartmut Reichl. Baden-Württemberg is one of the most important economic centers in Europe. Bordering France, Austria and Switzerland, the German state is situated at the heart of Europe. In addition to internationally renowned global players such as Daimler, Bosch, SAP and Porsche, it is mainly the small and medium-sized enterprises that form the backbone of its economy.
