Iran’s non-oil exports to Russia during the first four months of the current fiscal year (March 20-July 21) stood at 89,800 tons worth $59 million, registering a 2% decline in value compared to last year’s corresponding period. According to the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration, food supplements, fruit and vegetable, raisins, dates, tomato paste, pistachios, carpet, petrochemicals and cement were among the main exports. Meanwhile, more than 403,000 tons of goods worth $585.3 million were imported from the Caspian neighbor, indicating a two-fold increase year-on-year. The main imports included electronics, grain, corn fodder, wood, paper and vehicles.
