Iran exported 2.9 million tons of non-oil goods worth $1.5 billion to South Korea during the first four months of the current Iranian year (March 20-July 21) – up from $25 million recorded during last year’s corresponding period. Gas condensates, petrochemicals, zinc, lead, aluminum, bitumen, stones, vegetable seeds and pistachios were among the main exports, the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration reported. Meanwhile, more than 423,500 tons of goods valued at $933.6 million were imported from the Asian state, registering a 26% decline year-on-year. The imports mainly included vehicles, POS machines, steel products, cell phones, air conditioners, auto parts and PC monitors.
