Iran-Turkey trade registered an 11.78% decline in the first half of 2016 and reached $4.78 billion compared with last year’s corresponding period, IRNA reported citing Turkish Statistical Institute. Turkey’s exports to Iran during the six-month period saw a 37.2% rise to hit $2.59 billion. Imports from Iran fell 38% to $2.19 billion. In the month of June, Turkish exports jumped 45.3% to reach $489.5 million. The neighboring country’s imports from Iran saw a 35.3% decline to $350.45 million in the same period.
