92% of Rural Roads Asphalted

Ninety-two percent of Iran’s villagers have access to asphalted roads, according to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development. At present, 105,000 kilometers of rural roads have been paved with asphalt. Plans are underway to add 5,000 kilometers in the current Iranian year (Started March 20), IRNA reported.
