PMO Chief Resignation Nixed

Minister of Roads and Urban Development Abbas Akhoundi rejected Mohammad Saeednejad’s resignation as the managing director of Ports and Maritime Organization of Iran on Sunday and asked him to serve until the end of his term.  Saeednejad, who holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Tehran’s Sharif Industrial University, was appointed as the managing director of PMO in November 2013, PMO's website reported.
