Rail freight transport saw a 10% increase in tonnage and a 7.3% rise in ton-kilometer during the first three months of the current Iranian year (started March 20), according to the head of Islamic Republic of Iran Railways, Mohsen Pourseyyed-Aqaei, IRNA reported.
