Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov is scheduled to visit Iran at the head of a trade delegation from July 11 to 12, the Sofia-based news agency Novinite reported, citing Economy Minister Bozhidar Lukarski. Two agreements are expected to be signed by the two sides in Tehran, according to the report, one on cooperation between the two countries’ small- and medium-sized enterprises and the other concerning joint investment. A third agreement in the framework of a memorandum of understanding is also in the making for partnership between Bulgaria’s National Company Industrial Zones and Iran Small Industries and Industrial Parks Organization.  A draft of this MoU was approved by Bulgaria’s Cabinet in June.
