Board members of Tehran Chamber of Commerce Industries Mines and Agriculture commended efforts by the Donya-e-Eqtesad Media Group – the parent company of Financial Tribune – in disseminating objective and reliable economic knowledge and backing the private sector in archiving its potentials to help foster growth and productivity.
In a meeting with Alireza Bakhtiari, CEO of the group at his office and other managers on Monday, TCCIMA board members accentuated the important role Donya-e-Eqtesad – Financial Tribune’s Persian- language sister publication– plays in economic sectors through “constructive criticism” of current policies.
TCCIMA, which represents the country’s biggest private-sector assembly, called for continuation of the group’s open policy.
The senior members of TCCIMA included Masoud Khansari, the head of the body, Mehdi Jahangiri, the deputy head, Fatemeh Moghimi and Mir Mohammad Sadeghi.
Bankhtiari reiterated the strong and continued support of his group for the private sector and TCCIMA in particular by helping the promotion of “correct policies” aimed at strengthening the non-government sector and creating more space for private enterprise.
