Non-oil exports from Shahid Rajaie Port in the southern province of Hormozgan reached 5.6 million tons in the first two months of the current Iranian year (started March 20), registering a 95% jump compared with the corresponding period of last year, the director general of Hormozgan Ports and Maritime Organization said. “Imports of non-oil products during the same period amounted to more than 1.2 million tons, indicating a 26% decrease,” Ebrahim Idani was quoted as saying by IRNA.
