24K Tons of Chicken to Be Exported to Iraq

An agreement has been reached to export 24,000 tons of chicken from Iran’s northern Mazandaran Province to Iraq, according to Mazandaran Agricultural Jihad Organization. The provincial body, affiliated to the Agricultural Jihad Ministry, says Mazandaran accounts for 40% of domestic chicken production. Russia has also recently joined the customers of Iranian chicken, IRNA reported.
