A memorandum of understanding was signed between visiting Dutch Minister of Economic Affairs Henk Kamp and Iran’s Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance Mohammad Khazaie in Tehran on Monday.  The agreement entails expansion of cooperation in the fields of agriculture, water, energy, ports and airports development, ease of doing business and the fight against money laundering, Mehr News Agency reported. “The signed document also stipulates avoidance of double taxation and restoration of financial ties,” Khazaie was quoted as saying.
